How do I delete an element from a form?

To delete an element from a form, please follow the instructions below.

PLEASE NOTE: Deleting an element from a form will also delete any data associated with that element. If you've already collected data in the element, we recommend disabling the element or simply hiding it from the user by putting false in the Condition Value.
